The collaboration features are based on a new video codec REMWAVE has developed over the last years with strong emphasis on usage over broadband connections such as cable, dsl and or EVDO. The technology features an embedded new technology which will always prioritize voice over video. If the bandwitdh goes down the video stream will be send in less frames but the voice will be transfered in full quality. It also features regular call features such as 4-way calling, on hold, forwarding and many more.

The new instant access mode brings up a contact search box after clicking the ALT key twice. The addresses can then be used to place calls, send emails, start video chats or to start other ways of communication.
